Our Programs
We offer SATOP Screenings for Adults and Adolescents, as well as Level I-OEP and Level II-WIP Programs. We also provide Private -Independent Substance Abuse Evaluations. We provide evening hours and some weekend hours for screenings. We have offices in Columbia and Jefferson City.

The Screening Process:
SATOP is a 2-step process. It requires an Assessment Screening Interview followed by attendance in one of four programs. The result of this evaluation determines the appropriate level of program needed to attend. The screening is about an hour and the total cost is $375.00 (this includes both the $126.00 agency fee and $249.00 Mental Health Earnings Fund Supplemental Fee). This fee is determined and set by the State.
LEVEL I -OFFENDER EDUCATION PROGRAM-OEP
OEP is a 10-hour education program taught over 2 consecutive nights. This program is designed to assist individuals with understanding the effects that drinking has on their driving skills as well as the choices they made that led to their intoxication and arrest.
We offer this program in Columbia or Jefferson City. The cost for the program is $200 plus $7 for a textbook for a total of $207. Not sure about an in-seat OEP class, ask about our online class. Online classes must be paid for at the time of registration and there is a shipping charge for the text. Call 573-499-3784 for more information regarding schedule and times.
Level II-WEEKEND OFFENDER PROGRAM -WIP
WIP is conducted in a restricted environment over a 48 hour period from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. It consists of a total of 20-hour level of service designed for repeat or high risk clients using intensive education and counseling intervention methods over a weekend of structured activities. We offer this Program in Columbia and Jefferson City. The service level fee is $474.46, plus $7 for a textbook.* Financial assistance may be available for this program.
